Meet Our Personas
Amber, 28
Amber is a marketing manager at her large company. She lives alone in Brooklyn, New York. She likes her marketing job, and the comfortable income it provides. Coming from New York, she doesn’t have a car, although she’s had her license for quite some time. She was recently promoted to manager in the Maryland office, and will be moving. She needs a car to help her get around, and be a great transition for her into her new city. She’s looking to rent a car for 6 months, and loves the idea of not having to deal with maintenance issues herself. Illume is classy, reasonable, and straight forward.
Jenne, 23
Jenne is a young travel nurse, who just moved to Maryland for a 12 month assignment. Jenne loves being able to travel, and loves the higher pay of the travel nurse. She loves not working for one set hospital so that she can travel. She finds a great luxury apartment building with a gym, pool, and dog spa facility. She loves going on morning runs. She hates the idea of having to take the train after a long shift. She’s looking for a car to get her to and from work, and potentially weekend getaways in Washington DC. She loves that Illume is like having her own car, and how easy it is to pay directly through the link that’s sent to her every week.
Tristan, 34
Tristan owns several businesses in the DMV area. He’s constantly going around the DMV to check in with his businesses. Tristan has always been a hard worker, and bought an expensive luxury vehicle to celebrate his most profitable year. He realized that, sometimes, when he drives his Porsche, he gets treated more contemptuously in certain neighborhoods where his businesses are located. Tristan realizes that he would rather not drive his new Porsche around certain areas, but also doesn’t necessarily want to have to maintain, and keep an everyday vehicle. He uses Illume to avoid negative attention, maintain privacy, and avoid unwanted assumptions from his employees.
Emily, 25
Emily, has been working part time as an intern at her law firm, in Washington DC, while pursuing grad school at Georgetown University. She realizes that she could really use some extra money, and wants to save some commute time so she can study more, and be at work. She realizes that Illume has unlimited mileage, so she can actually use the car to do Uber Eats, and Doordash to make some extra money on the weekends.
